Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using Device Dinancy Suite ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your email and OTP secure.
• One account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.

All products and refurbished devices are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including after order confirmation.

Prices, offers and EMI plans are indicative and may change without prior notice. EMI eligibility, tenure and interest are decided solely by the partner lender (Bajaj, Snapmint, LazyPay, Card EMI). Device Dinancy is not the lender and is not responsible for credit decisions.

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched from your Orders page. Once dispatched, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

We may verify identity, decline transactions, hold shipments or report activity to authorities where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse or misuse of EMI facilities.

All trademarks, logos, product imagery, written content and software code are owned by Device Dinancy or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape or republish content without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Device Dinancy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office of Device Dinancy have exclusive jurisdiction.
