1. Account creation
Accounts are created using a valid email address and mobile number. You must be at least 18 years old. Providing false information may lead to suspension and order cancellation.
2. OTP login
- Sign-in uses a 6-digit one-time passcode sent to your registered email.
- OTPs expire in 10 minutes and can be used only once.
- You can request a new OTP after a short cooldown to prevent spam.
3. Session & security
- Sessions are stored securely in the browser using industry-standard tokens.
- You may sign out anytime from the Account page; sessions older than 30 days are automatically revoked.
- Never share your OTP with anyone — Device Dinancy will never ask for it over a call.
4. Abuse prevention
We monitor accounts for unusual patterns — multiple sign-up attempts, OTP brute-force, coupon abuse, chargeback fraud or repeated returns. Such accounts may be rate-limited, blocked or permanently suspended without prior notice.
5. One account per person
Multiple accounts created to abuse welcome offers, referral credits or EMI limits will be merged or terminated and associated orders may be cancelled.
6. Account changes & deletion
You can update name, phone and address from the Account page. To permanently delete your account, follow the Delete Account process.
