What we are required to retain
Order, invoice and GST/tax records are retained up to 8 years as required by Indian law. These are de-identified from your profile after deletion and are not used for marketing or analytics.
Retention period
Personal identifiers are purged within 30 days of your request. Backups are rotated within 90 days.
